The company was formed in 1994 under the name Telemark Corporation. Originally, Telemark provided only IVR services to an array of key clients and eventually expanded to billing, Call Center and SMS services as well. Our firm has always concentrated on providing the highest quality services at the most competitive pricing in the industry which became two competitive advantages that are allowing the company to expand further. Based on previous successes, in 2002, Telemark created Qualfon to provide new offers and services specifically business process outsourcing like: customer service, tech support, collections, lead generation and back office support via multiple channels like: voice, fax, chat, email, web, paper and SMS. Today the Group is still privately held with it's shareholders operating most of the companies. The Group has direct or indirect presence in almost every country in the American Continent through one or more of it’s subsidiaries and just recently expanded to Asia in Philippines. |
